*Please note these are hand printed and each print in the edition is a unique and original piece of art in it's own right. Due to handmade process, each piece differs slightly from the last in tiny ways - discovering the subtle imperfections and nuances of each piece is what makes the printmaking process so exciting :)
*Paper has been hand cut to give a natural deckled edge effect, so sizes may vary a mm or two! :) This effect is intended to look great in a floating frame, or on a elevated mount to show the edges! I like that the rawness of the paper edges juxtaposes with the simple, geometric lines of the print.
What's a reduction linocut? A reduction linocut uses the same block of lino for each colour layer in the print. Carve, print, carve, print. This means that when the final piece is created - it can never be recreated again from that lino. Poof! The moment has happened! This means each artwork is an original piece of art in it's own right, with subtle differences, nuances between each print in the edition.
