Refund policy

Oh no! In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact me at sineadplantdesign@gmail.com as soon as possible. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded.

In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, items can be returned for any other reason within 14 days of delivery and a complete refund (excluding shipping) will be given.

Gift vouchers for Pet Portraits cannot be normally be refunded. If I am unable to complete to work for any unforeseen reason, you will of course be fully refunded.
